Clearing 2020 with Medical Doorway

With A-level results being released on Thursday 13th August 2020, students are already searching high and low for their future university. Every year the Medical Doorway team are working around the clock to support the hundreds of students who need our help to secure their seat in Medicine and Dentistry. This year is especially uncertain given the cancellation of A-level examinations.

We have been liaising with our university partners to identify opportunities for students in clearing and can announce we have a record number of seats available. Here are the options we have for you in Clearing 2020:

University of Nicosia (Cyprus)

The University of Nicosia provides world-class medical education for students scoring BBB or above in their A-levels (scholarships of up to 20% available). Admission is based on video interview. Apply HERE

 

Charles University First Faculty of Medicine (Czech Republic)

Seats are still available to study Dentistry at Charles University in Prague. These seats are exclusive for students sitting the Medical Doorway online entrance exam on Monday 24th August. Apply HERE

 

Palacky University (Czech Republic)

Seats are still available to study Medicine and Dentistry at Palacky University. These seats are exclusive for students sitting the Medical Doorway online entrance exam on Friday 28th August. Apply HERE

 

Charles University in Hradec Kralove (Czech Republic)

There are a larger number of seats available than in previous years to study Medicine or Dentistry at Charles University in Hradec Kralove. These seats are exclusive for students sitting the Medical Doorway online entrance exam on Thursday 27th August. Apply HERE

 

Queen Mary University of London (Malta)

If you are a student with ABB in your A-levels and a UCAT taken in 2019 for 2020 you will be eligible a UK degree in the Mediterranean. Admission is by interview and is open for September 2020 entry. Medical Doorway is the exclusive UK based partner of this programme. Applications are 100% free of charge. Apply HERE

 

Pleven Medical University (Bulgaria)

Bulgaria’s most established English taught medical programme is open for enrolment in February 2021. Students are eligible to register for the online entrance exams held September and October. This is one of Europe’s best value options with tuition fees of only €7500 per year. Apply HERE

 

Gomel State Medical University (Belarus)

For students on a tight budget who still want to access a state regulated medical programme have a fantastic opportunity at GSMU in Belarus. Admission is based on GCSE and A-level sciences grades with no entrance exam. Tuition fees are only $4370 per year. Apply HERE

 

Riga Stradins University (Latvia)

Riga Stradins University offers exceptional facilities in the vibrant Latvian capital. With no entrance exams and a February 2021 enrolment for Medicine and Dentistry this is the ideal option for those who need more time to prepare for their enrolment. Apply HERE
