Students have contacted us about difficulties with applications to study medicine in Bulgaria. When considering application support, ask for clear written information about:
- Applicants being advised they can transfer into universities but on inspection of the detail this is not possible.
- Students being asked for large sums of money but then having to do all their own legalisation work.
- Students being instructed on applications and visas with incorrect paperwork being prepared for this.

This year especially, we have been shocked and appalled by the reports we have been receiving from students who have experienced this. Obviously, anyone in this position is probably entitled to receive back any money paid to these agencies. More importantly however, it is vital to secure a seat at medical school.
