Palacký University

Palacký University combines centuries of academic tradition with modern medical and dental education in Olomouc. Medical Doorway is an authorised representative and supports international applicants to the faculty.

The university has educated students since the 1590s, placing it among Central Europe’s historic institutions. Its medical alumni include Bohdan Pomahač, who led the first full face transplant performed in the USA.

Medicine and Dentistry are taught in modern, research-led facilities with a strong emphasis on quality and practical preparation. Eligible graduates can apply to the General Medical Council (GMC) or General Dental Council (GDC), as appropriate.
