The Medical Doorway team are delighted to announce that we are fully open for applications to study medicine in London. The programme at Brunel University is a UK degree which means you will be graduating from a famous British university with a degree directly accredited by the GMC. This is therefore the ideal fit for applicants that are determined to qualify as a UK trained doctor.
Brunel University if offering ten international medical applicants a scholarship of up to £30,000.
You can submit your application with Medical Doorway free of charge and outside of UCAS. This means applicants can continue to apply to four UK medical degrees through UCAS and the application to Brunel would be a fifth opportunity. UCAT or BMAT exams are not required to apply to Brunel.
The medical programme is only currently open to international students and this is likely to include EU citizens. This therefore offers students a unique opportunity to study medicine in London without the need to compete for the few international seats available at other universities.
Named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the university was established in Uxbridge and gained it’s royal charter in 1966. The Medical School is the latest addition to this innovative university. The campus also ideally located close to Heathrow airport. This makes it an obvious choice for international students who want to feel connected to the global community. It also makes it convenient when arriving in the UK and travelling home for the vacation periods.

Applications can be made using our online application form. Once the application is registered, we will work directly with you to get it fully submitted. The current tuition fees are £40,000 per year and there are ten scholarships of up to £30,000 available. As a result, this would reduce the fees to £34,000 per year for the five years of the MBBS.
