Medical Doorway is an official representative of European medical schools and organises entrance exams in the UK for medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine applicants.
In 2024, we are expanding the offer with a record number of exams in London and online. This will involve a total of twenty entrance exams for eight high-quality universities. All our in-person exams will be taking place at Birkbeck University of London, easily reachable on the underground and walkable from Euston and King’s Cross stations.
We have exam periods in April/May and late June into early July. These exams are all scheduled to run before and then after the 2024 entrance exam period. We also will have additional entrance exams in the August clearing window. The April exams are generally more popular with non-UK/EU applicants and those on a gap year. A-level candidates most often prefer the late June exams.

Alongside the UK sittings, we organise exams in Brazil, Qatar, Dubai and Hong Kong. Applicants should check their chosen university’s entry requirements and the registration route for the country where they intend to practise.
