Medical Doorway were special guests at the Cambridge Occupational Analysts (COA) “Focus on Medicine” conference on 27th September. The conference was held at Downing College, University of Cambridge. Over one hundred career counsellors attended what is one of the UK’s best-known career counsellor training days.
Ben Ambrose, Medical Doorway’s Managing Director, delivered a presentation on studying medicine in Europe. It covered NHS employment, the Brexit negotiations, university options and how to check application services and fees.

COA is one of the UK’s largest advice and guidance organisations. Over the past twenty five years they have worked with over three thousand schools. The “Focus on Medicine” conference was a response to demand from their network of career counsellors. With studying medicine in Europe more popular than ever it was a honour to be invited to present at such a respected venue.
Following the presentation Ben Ambrose held extensive discussions on how to support students who want to study medicine in Europe.
