Ben Ambrose counselled students, parents and career counsellors at the ESF university fair on 18th February 2019.
On Monday 18th February 2019 Ben Ambrose (Managing Director) represented Medical Doorway at the English Schools Foundation annual university fair in Hong Kong. The ESF schools are some of Asia’s most high achieving schools. Universities from across the UK and USA were also in attendance.
The ESF have a strict no-agent policy which means students get correct and accurate information. During the fair Ben, met with students, parents and career adviserts from the seven secondary ESF schools in Hong Kong. All students take the IB diploma with a large number of aspiring doctors, dentists and vets applying every year.
The fair was held at King George V School. Founded in 1894 it is the oldest international school in Hong Kong. As well as hosting the Cambridge University exams, KGV is the location for Medical Doorway’s Czech medical faculty exams.

Students from the Asia-Pacific region can apply for entrance exams in Hong Kong. The five exams take place over six days, and applicants have registered from Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, India, New Zealand and China. Medical Doorway provides application support without agency fees.
