We are already looking ahead to 2026 and have opened applications for those wishing to pre-register and begin preparing for the entrance examination. Admission to Humanitas University is determined by the online HUMAT exam. Medical Doorway applicants will have the opportunity to sit the exam twice, with the higher score being used for the official ranking in April 2026.
Updated HUMAT exam preparation from Medical Doorway
Humanitas University offers a total of 200 places annually on its Medicine programme, with 50 reserved for non-EU students and the remaining 150 for EU passport holders and residents. Tuition fees start from just over €10,000 per year for EU students and just over €23,000 per year for non-EU students. Top-ranking non-EU applicants may be eligible for a scholarship, which has been worth up to €16,000 per year in recent years. Of the three scholarships awarded in 2025, two were secured by Medical Doorway students.
Medical Doorway applicants receive access to Italy Med Prep, which includes sample questions and past HUMAT papers. The preparation resources have been updated for the revised 2026 HUMAT, with further updates planned.
