Ben Ambrose (Medical Doorway) delivered a ” Study Medicine in Europe” presentation at the Royal Society of Medicine.
On Monday 25th February 2019 Medical Doorway were once again invited to the Royal Society of Medicine. This was to present at their annual “So you want to be a Doctor” day. As in 2018, Ben Ambrose delivered the “Study Medicine in Europe” presentation to a packed audience of students, parents and school representatives
Following our recent outreach in Hong Kong and Brunei, it was good to be back on home soil to inspire more students to study medicine outside of the UK.
The presentation introduced university options and explained how application and selection processes differ from those in the UK. Students were encouraged to check course accreditation, fees and the requirements for their intended careers.
Medical Doorway is continuing to offer outreach across the globe with more schools to be visited in February and March.
