Palacky University 2017 Enrolment

The Medical Doorway team were once again enrolling a large cohort of students at Palacky University. 2017 was a busy year of exams which we held in Manchester and London. For enrolment, students and their visiting guests came to Olomouc to prepare for the new academic year. A record number of students sat the entrance exams, resulting in a record enrolment. Students from the UK, India, Germany and Georgia enrolled at Palacky University through Medical Doorway.

Medical Doorway students arrived early and in doing so were prepared well in advance of the start of teaching. As always, students and parents received the exceptional and FREE support of Medical Doorway during this time.

Over the weekend on 9th and 10th September students moved into the university accommodation. This meant they had the pick of the rooms before most other students arrived.

On Monday 11th September students received their Czech SIM cards and headed to the university to complete their enrolment. Students collected their student books, schedules and signed their students contracts. Following enrolment Medical Doorway had arranged a visit to DPMO, where students collected their three month travel passes.

Medical Doorway supported our Palacky University when opening bank accounts and securing their DPMO cards in Olomouc

On Tuesday 12th September we took over the third floor of the Ceska Sporitelna bank. All students were able to get their bank accounts opened.

As in all our enrolments, students and their guests were treated to a welcome meal at Galerie Caesar courtesy of Medical Doorway. This annual meal and event is our way of congratulating our medical and dental students and thanking them for their support. This is the highlight of our enrolment and everyone was delighted with the chance to celebrate the start of their careers.

As is the case all students received our full support completely FREE of charge and will be keeping in contact with the Medical Doorway team during their studies.
