The entrance exam season for Czech Republic continued with Palacky University on 22nd and 23rd April. With over thirty registrations these were some of the largest April exams to date. Students traveled from across the UK as well as from Tanzania, Georgia and Japan.
On Saturday 22nd April, the exam was again held at Birkbeck University of London. The two hour thirty minute exam required students to sit papers in Chemistry, Biology and a choice of Maths or Physics. Surgeon Dr Martin Loveček travelled from Olomouc for the examination. Following the successful completion of the examination, students were interviewed with results given on the day. Following the London exam the team headed to the Novotel Manchester centre for our usual North UK examination.
Palacky University is the second oldest university in Czech Republic and has a long history of medical education.
