Presentation at Bacup & Rawtenstall Grammar School

On Friday 9th June, Medical Doorway were specially invited to Bacup & Rawtenstall Grammar School. The BRGS’s Student Medical & Dental Conference was held at Kay Street Baptist Church and informed students about all aspects of studying medicine and dentistry. Ben Ambrose introduced over sixty Yr 12 students to the opportunities to Study Medicine in Europe and the Caribbean.

This conference was another on Medical Doorway’s ongoing outreach schedule. With students coming from across rural Lancashire, this was an opportunity to assist students in their own community. Contributions by local GPs, surgeons and exiting medical and dental students provided a comprehensive schedule for all.

Medical Doorway will close the academic year with events in Somerset and London.
