Study Medicine in Europe presentation in Bristol

Ben Ambrose from Medical Doorway started the 2017 outreach activity at Badminton school in Bristol. To a packed audience of over two hundred students and parents Ben delivered an updated ‘Study Medicine in Europe’ presentation. Our colleagues from The Medical Portal discussed various aspects of applying to medical school in the UK.

During the presentation Ben introduced a range of universities as well as the new application procedures for the 2017/18 entry. The day provided an opportunity for student from year seven to current sixth-form students to learn about the opportunities to Study Medicine in Europe at some of the contents highest ranked faculties. The introduction of the UKMLA and the risks posed by fee-charging agencies were discussed.
