Charles University in Hradec Kralove: June 2019 Entrance Exam

Medical Doorway kicked off the June/July entrance exam season with Charles University Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Kralove. Medical Doorway is the only representative of this prestigious Charles University faculty conducting exams in the UK. This ensured a popular exam with over thirty medicine and dentistry candidates aiming to gain admission to this world-class faculty.

The exam took place at the University of Westminster in London on Friday 28th July. Students travelled to London from across the UK. Other candidates travelled from Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Nigeria, Russia and Botswana. All candidates sat papers in Chemistry and Biology with a choice of Maths or Physics being the third paper of the day.

Medical Doorway’s managing director (Ben Ambrose) welcomed the candidates and was there to support Professor Radim Havelek. Professor Havelek is one of the Czech Republic’s leading biochemists, teaching students from the second year of their studies.
