Masaryk University: 2019 Enrolment

After a record breaking 2019, Medical Doorway were back in Brno supporting our Masaryk and UVPS students. As in 2018, Masaryk University was our most popular Czech partner with students from across the world enrolling at this leading medical school. The high academic standards and first-class facilities on offer ensure that Masaryk University is one of Europe’s most popular universities. This is evidenced by the fact that the university is approved for US federal loans, making it popular with US based students.

The Medical Doorway students arrived from 9th September 2019 to commence their Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary and Physiotherapy programmes. For aspiring veterinary students, the self contained campus at UVPS provides a unique environment for a comprehensive veterinary medicine education.

During the enrolment, students completed all their paperwork and had photos taken for their ISIC cards. The MIMSA committee  assisted students and also introduced them to a packed “Freshers’ Week”. MIMSA is one of the most active students organisations in The Czech Republic and is instrumental in helping students get the most out of their time in Brno.

Once the enrolment was out of the way, the Medical Doorway team arranged appointments at KB Bank. This meant students were fully set-up prior to the commencement of their studies. During their time at Masaryk University, students will benefit from access to one of Europe’s largest and best equipped clinical simulation centres.

All students received our full support completely FREE of charge and will be keeping in contact with the Medical Doorway team during their studies.

Meet Masaryk University in London
