Medical Doorway Open Days 2023
Medical Doorway’s open days have continued to grow year after year. They are now major events, bringing global universities face to face with students and their families. Hundreds of students have attended and gone on to apply, enrol and graduate from a wide range of medical schools. In 2023 Medical Doorway will be running our largest events to date in London and Dubai.
Our London open day will once again be held at the Royal Society of Medicine on Saturday 25th November 2023. This has been our traditional flagship event and now brings fifteen universities to London. This year, it will be preceded by the Medical University Pleven London entrance exam being held on Friday 24th November. As in every year we are going to be offering a range of seminars designed to inspire and inform. Unlike the marketing stunts organised by recruitment agencies, our open days enable students to discover the truth about studying medicine in Europe and the Caribbean.

Our new and exciting development for 2023 is the expansion of our events to Dubai. Furthering our GEMS for Life partnership we will be launching “Get Into Medicine UAE”. Held at GEMS World Academy, this open day will bring universities from around the world to the centre of Dubai. In addition to universities manning stands, interactive stations and seminars will give all those attending first-hand experience of being a medical student.

Our open days are designed specifically to prepare would be doctors, dentists, and allied health professionals on the next steps they need to take. Studying a professional healthcare programme at university is a huge time and financial investment. These events are instrumental as part of Medical Doorway’s student centred approach.
