Medical Doorway visit CATS College Cambridge

Medical Doorway started 2018 with an inspirational visit to CATS College Cambridge. Part of the Cambridge Education Group, the college is a one of the UK’s most distinguished education providers. CATS is a specialist college, educating international students at campuses in Cambridge, Canterbury, London and Boston (USA). Their innovative approach to education ensures all students achieve exceptionally high academic results. CATS also has a lot of success in placing students in the world’s highest ranked universities.

Ben Ambrose of Medical Doorway met with students from CATS College Cambridge

Ben Ambrose was invited to talk to students about studying medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine in Europe. Students from across Europe, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Africa and the Middle East attended the presentation. The academic standards of the students at CATS means all students are aiming to study at the highest ranked universities to ensure their career success. Ben spoke to students about QMUL MBBS Malta, Charles University, UVPS and Masaryk University.

Some students provisionally registered for the April 2018 entrance exams while Year 12 students explored all the options in detail. The Medical Doorway team have been working with CATS college for two years. We have already assisted CATS Cambridge students enrol on European medical programmes.

Our outreach work for 2018 continues with numerous school visits already arranged. Medical Doorway have also been exclusively invited to the Royal Society of Medicine in February and June. These visits are helping to ensure students get the correct advice and avoid being misled by unregulated fee charging student recruitment agencies.
