QMUL Malta 2026 Updated and Corrected Employment Numbers

Medical Doorway is proud to have partnered with Queen Mary University of London since the establishment of its Malta campus. Over the years, it has been a privilege to support students as they enrol, study, and graduate from this outstanding campus in the beautiful Maltese Islands.

We would like to provide a clarification regarding information shared in a recent social media post. In responding to comments, we stated that a higher percentage of students from the 2026 graduating cohort had already secured employment o the foundation training scheme than was actually the case. This was due to our misinterpretation of the available data. As soon as the error was identified, the comments made by us were removed.

We sincerely apologise for this mistake and are committed to ensuring the information we share is accurate and up to date.

As of 31 July 2026, 74% of graduates from the 2026 cohort have secured a Foundation Training post, including three graduates who have chosen to take up positions outside the UK. We also expect additional UK Foundation Training posts to become available as vacancies arise during August.

We remain incredibly proud of the achievements of the 2026 graduating cohort (and previous cohorts) and wish all graduates every success as they begin the next stage of their medical careers.
