Second Eton College Medical Careers Day

Medical Doorway presented at the second Eton College medical careers conference talking with over thirty school careers counsellors. The day was designed to help counsellors prepare their students for applications to medical school.

This event was held in the Natural History Museum of world famous Eton College. Presentations from The Medic Portal included advice on preparation for the UKCAT and also what students can expect when undergoing the rigours of the application and section process at UK universities. Medical Doorway again introduced a range of European universities.

This invitation is further validation that studying medicine in Europe is regarded as a viable option for students. This is especially pertinent given the significant number of vacancies for doctors in the NHS. Ben discussed how Medical Doorway’s free advice and application management puts students at the heart of the process.
