The medical faculty at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University was founded in 1948 and is the oldest faculty at the university. Both the medicine and dentistry programme are six years in length. The tuition fees for medicine are only €13,000 a year and dentistry only €13,500 a year. Furthermore there is an established graduate employment track record in Europe, the UK and North America. The GMC and GDC both recognised qualifications from Slovakia.
Applications can be made make quickly and easily using the Medical Doorway Kosice Application Form. You will then be registered for the London based examination. This is a two and a half hour exam comprising one hundred questions in chemistry and one hundred questions in Biology. Once you have been accept the Medical Doorway team work directly with the Embassy of Slovakia to secure your student visa.
