Following the exam for Masaryk University on Saturday 6th April the Czech entrance exams continued with Palacky University.
Dr Katherine Vomackova travelled to the UK from Czech Republic to conduct the London and Manchester entrance exams. As Ben Ambrose was in Bulgaria celebrating the MU-Pleven graduation, Medical Doorway’s Gill Coleman was supporting Dr Vomackova. Originally from Canada, Dr Vomackova studied at Palacky University. Following her graduation, she remained in the Moravian city to pursue her career in reconstructive surgery.
Birkbeck University of London was the venue for our London exam on Saturday 13th April with the Sunday exam taking place at Manchester Conference Centre. The two-hour thirty-minute exam required students to sit papers in Chemistry, Biology and a choice of Maths or Physics. Following the examination, students were interviewed with results made known on the day. In total twenty-five students registered for two entrance examinations.
